Credit Repair Background:
The default happened due to a billing dispute with Telstra prior to the account being sold to Credit Corp. Telstra would not let Jack pay off the overdue bill over the time he required so he wouldn’t be placed in financial risk. Jack cancelled his contract and the amount owed continued to increase.
What were any challenges with the creditor?
The creditor responded to our Law Firm requests in a timely manner.
Why was the listing removed?
Credit Corp agreed to remove default listing on a non-admission basis if account is paid in full. They have agreed to Jack making a lump sum payment and then the balance be paid on a direct debit arrangement. The default removal request will be made upon payment of the lump sum and return of Jack’s direct debit form.
