Credit Repair Background:
Jason instructed MyCRA Lawyers that he and his partner purchased an apartment and connected the power with AGL while they were tiling the apartment throughout and needed power connected for a few weeks.
Once completed, they leased the property through a property manager. They called AGL so they could cancel the Electricity in their name however, AGL that they would not cancel the account in his name until a tenant had transferred it into their name and it would cancel Jason’s account automatically.
Jason was unhappy with this response requesting again that the electricity be cancelled as it was not a risk he wished to take.
Jason eventually received an invoice for the electricity and disputed this with AGL as it was not his usage.
Jason believes he has communicated fairly with AGL with little response.

There were no issues with the creditor as they responded to MyCRA Lawyers requests in a timely manner.
