Credit Repair Background:
Shane approached MyCRA Lawyers with 3 remaining listings as he had previously used another Credit Repair company who had been unsuccessful in removing these listings. Shane acted as guarantor for business and he was instructed by Moddex Group (the creditor) that the final payment for stock was not required as parts provided by Moddex Group were faulty.
What were any challenges with the creditor?
NCI were determined that they have not breached any requirements and that the listing is valid. NCI also wrongly claimed that they do not need to provide us with any file notes or other documents, other than the letters/demand notices obtained.
Why was the listing removed?
MyCRA Lawyers negotiated settlement on behalf of Shane. Shane is to pay 75% of the total outstanding amount and withdraw his OAIC complaint. NCI is to remove the default upon payment.
Summary:
Shane engaged MyCRA Lawyers to investigate the likelihood of removal of 3 listings on his credit file. These listings were the direct result of the time he was suffering financial hardship. MyCRA Lawyers negotiated the successful removal of his bad credit default listing in 180 days. Shane* is now a step closer to achieving a finance approval. Congratulations Shane and good luck!
