Credit Repair Background:
Sahib Transport had their office phone, fax and a mobile phone with Telstra. For the first few months, they had been receiving two different bills for office and mobile. Sahib Transport rang Telstra and requested one bill for all the services that they used which they agreed too. After couple of months, Sahib Transport moved and changed their office phone address, believing that this will automatically change the mobile phone billing address as they requested to receive one bill under one account. Telstra kept billing them for mobile phone at the old address which resulted in the default.
What were any challenges with the creditor?
The creditor responded to our Law Firm requests in a timely manner.
Why was the listing removed?
The default listing was removed as address was not updated when the client had 2 accounts as Telstra did not check to confirm.
Summary:
Sahib Transport found out about the default when they applied for a commercial loan. MyCRA Lawyers negotiated the removal of their default listing in 19 days and Sahib Transport is now a step closer in achieving finance. Congratulations Sahib Transport and good luck!
