6 Simple Steps To Credit Rating Repair

Video 4 (1:33)

Step 4 (Investigation and Negotiation)

Our Legislative Compliance Officers have now received the documents from your creditor. We compare and verify these documents against the documentation that you’ve supplied and several different pieces of legislation. (In some cases, up to 8,000 pages of legislation)

We’re investigating to ensure that the creditor has complied 100% with the requirements of the legislation.

We’re working on your behalf to leave ‘no stone unturned’ and to identify any and all errors your creditor may have made in the list of the black mark that gives you bad credit.

If we find any legislative or compliance breaches (things they’ve done wrong), then the default may be deemed ‘unlawful’ and needs to be removed immediately.

Some creditors agree with our findings and remove the default immediately. Others argue about it.

Should your creditor meet all known legal requirements, we’ll continue to look for any extenuating circumstances to determine if there are other avenues we can investigate further to have the listing removed.

— Only once we’ve exhausted all possible avenues within our scope that we let you know we were unsuccessful.

Even though not all listings on credit files can be sucessfully removed, we have had positive results of up to 91.7%. (Past results are no indication of future performance)

With a historical success rate of up to an amazing 91.7%, it means we can help virtually everyone!
