Who knew we would go from where we were to where we are now?
If another staff member said to me 2 years ago that in 2 years, our processes would change and we will find bigger and better ways to remove defaults – I would not have believed them.
Given that I played a big part in the processes changing and implementing, if I looked back, I would not believe that I would have had it in me to accomplish such a task as an individual, but also as part of a team.
We are constantly looking at how to improve, and how to challenge not only ourselves but to expand our knowledge.
On average, every second day, another staff member would come to me with an idea on how to improve. Most of these changes are implemented, and because of that, we are a lot quicker, and have a smoother process in removing defaults.
So when I sit back and think to myself: “who knew that we would be here now?” I wonder at the accomplishments that MyCRA Lawyers was able to achieve.
We are just like any other business – we have highs and lows. But we enjoy the small things and take the big things seriously – whether that would be having banter in the office over which lip gloss is better or if we are building a case against a creditor.
But what was the reason for this change?
Legislation changed. Our direction changed.
And we changed with it.
