Credit Repair Background:
Robert was a director of a company that went under external administration due to a failed property investment. Robert purchased a tablet at Harvey Norman and they advised that he could rent with Flexirent for his business use at the time. Robert had 2 Flexirent defaults.
What were any challenges with the creditor?
There were no issues with Flexirent as they responded to MyCRA Lawyers requests in a timely manner.
Why was the listing removed?
Flexirent investigated and confirmed that there was a duplicate default and removed the listing.
Summary:
Robert was referred to our office by his mortgage broker. He is looking for a business loan of $40K as a franchise fee for a business. The bank had repossessed property and his company was showing up on his Veda file (now Equifax) as ‘Under External Administration’ and as a result, he could not get a loan for the franchise he was buying into. We managed to negotiate removal of his commercial listing in 25 days and Robert can now confidently apply for a loan. Congratulations Robert and good luck!
