Credit Repair Background:
Judgment came after Rowan had built a house and got solar power installed. The house was fitted already with a digital meter, so the installers stated that Rowan did not require a meter and he should not pay for one as shown on the billing. Rowan was in dispute with CKI Utilities and asked them to visit the property to witness that another one was not installed. CKI Utilities sent court papers to Rowan but Rowan went to the court to arrange an alternate time as he would not be available as he would be away working.
