Good morning this is Graham Doessel Chief Executive Officer of Mycra Lawyers in Brisbane.

This morning’s video is just simply going to show you how easy it is to pay your account online.

Make sure you go to www.mycralawyers.com.au to start.

Once you’re at our website, hover over the “get started now” option and click on the “costs” button.

Once you’re there it will bring up these options.
These are being redeveloped at the moment, artwork wise, so if they look a little different, just look for the “top up” option.

Click on the “top up” option, and here it is here. Ok, so with this option you can pay from $1 to $10,000 online, and it’s very, very simple as it says “top up your Mycra Lawyers trust account balance by adding in the amount you want to pay as indicated below.”

Ok, very simply go over here where it says the number 1. These are effectively $1 products so what you need to do is if you wanted to pay $500 towards your account, towards your trust balance, just type in 500 and click “add to cart”.
It is very, very simple.

Now up in the top right hand corner, you can see that it now has added $500 – 500 items to your account. Click on that there, and that will take you to the cart.

Once you’re there make sure it’s all correct. It automatically adds the 1.5% credit card surcharge for you. So in this particular instance its $507.50. Proceed to check out, and just like you’ve brought online so many times before, it is a perfectly secure website just the same as the banks, it’s all safe and secure

Enter your details down here, your standard details, and if you’d like to be able to do this again in the future for simplicity just click “create account”. ignore that – that’s just something else that my browser always brings up, that won’t be in your browser.

So click “create account”, but in your credit card details here and then “place order”. Very, very simple. Very straight forward.
