Credit Repair Background:
At the time, the account name was registered under Private Company’s* then partner’s details, including home address and contact information. Credit Repair Background:
Tony* was experiencing hardship at the time of the default. An agreement was in place with the bank and Tony* was assured there would be no default listing. He was notified a few days later that the debt had been transferred to Panthera during the agreed settlement arrangement with St George.
