Kaiya and his ex-wife went through divorce which was causing ongoing problems at the time of the default. Credit Repair Background:
Raj had an AMEX default on his credit file as a result of disputing the charges on the card. The dispute dragged on for 6 months and he eventually settled the amount owing.
