Credit Repair Background:
Rowan was going through financial hardship at the time and he advised his creditor of his situation. He made arrangements to pay off the loan. Rowan was also working away and explained to the creditor that he could not take calls and asked for them to send emails where he would contact them. They never did and the default was listed.
